Pink Paradise Cocktail

Right now this is my FAVORITE cocktail.  I made it for New Year’s Eve.  Everyone loved it.  I am planning a special Ladies Night at my home later this month.  This is one of the cocktails I will serve.  I have to admit next month I may have a new favorite but for now—THIS IS IT!  I found this recipe last fall in Brian Lucas’ book,  The Big Book of Cocktails.  I modified it slightly.

Pink Paradise Cocktail

Your picture (and that glass) are amazing. Captured my attention big time even though the strongest thing I drink is coffee. Great job!

That look so pretty and sounds awesome. Hubs always keeps some coconut rum around the house so maybe we’ll have some cocktails tonight
